What’s the latest in food and beverage color? The International Association of Color Manufacturers (IACM) has created an amazing program for the upcoming Global Color Conference in Chicago. “Food and Beverage Color in Today’s Global Market” will be held at the Hotel Allegro, September 11-13, 2012.
This is an exciting and challenging time for food and beverage color. There is consumer desire to move to “natural” when possible, but there will always be a need for certified colors. The Global Color Conference is balanced between “natural,” or exempt colors, and certified colors and will explore every angle of colors in today’s market.
Many members of the Verto Solutions Team are responsible for this great program, including Josh Bender, Mat Gulick, Samantha Lee, Sarah Mechum, Jane Reynolds, and Sean Taylor. Thank you!
The program highlights:
- U.S. & International Color Regulations
- Communicating About Color Safety
- Supply Chain Innovation and Challenges for Color Suppliers
- Approval of New Colors
- Influence of Color on Consumer Product Preferences
- Supplier Exhibition
Exhibit Space is available and Registration is Now Open. I hope you can join us in Chicago.
